We develop custom software and AI to order. We are not an arms exporter and ship no weapons or controlled goods. The intellectual property in what we build belongs to the client who commissions it.
Hard exclusions
We do not, and will never, work with aggressor states, including the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and their military allies, or with any entity acting on their behalf.
Every client screened
Before we share anything, a prospective client passes corporate-registry checks, beneficial-owner tracing, sanctions and PEP screening, and an intended-use review.
What we deliver
Arc12 is a software and AI engineering company. We build custom systems to order and hand the intellectual property to the client who paid for the work. We do not manufacture or export weapons, and we hold no catalogue of controlled goods to sell. Because we sell engineering rather than products, the decision that matters is which clients we agree to work for. That is where we apply scrutiny.
Who we work with
- Stage 1, automated pre-screen: jurisdiction and sanctions exposure are checked the moment an enquiry arrives. Aggressor and restricted jurisdictions are rejected.
- Stage 2, manual audit: beneficial-owner tracing, corporate-registry verification, sanctions and PEP review, and an intended-use review.
- Stage 3, advisory review: a board of war veterans confirms alignment with Ukraine and its allies before work begins.
Your intellectual property
The code, models and data we produce for you are yours. We keep no right to redeploy your systems elsewhere, and we handle your data and ours under the controls set out in our Privacy Policy.
