Our hard rule — never the aggressor, ever — only holds if someone enforces it rigorously. You will run the screening that stands between our technology and the wrong hands: corporate-registry checks, ultimate-beneficial-owner tracing, sanctions and PEP review, and end-use verification. You will keep clean audit trails aligned with EU/US controls and brief the executive council on geopolitical risk before any engagement proceeds. This is a role for someone sober, thorough, and comfortable saying no.

• Background in trade controls, sanctions screening, or defense export law
• Corporate registry checks, ultimate-beneficial-owner tracing, PEP lists
• Sober, detail-oriented risk and supply-chain vetting
• Clear writing for compliance reports and board briefings

• Run mandatory screening for all expressions of interest
• Conduct beneficial-owner analysis on prospective partners
• Maintain audit logs aligned with EU/US export rules
• Prepare geopolitical risk briefs for the executive council
