Mission
Translate frontline reality into organized product requirements. You are the link between active units and the engineering teams building their tools.
You are the translator between the front and the workshop. You will sit with active units, understand what is actually failing or missing, and turn that into clear requirements the engineers can build against — then close the loop by getting prototypes back into operators' hands. This role rewards people who can speak both languages: command reality and software/hardware constraints. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply, because lived operational judgment is the hardest part to teach.

What you bring
- Command experience or deep involvement with tactical tech (UAS, EW, C2)
- Sprint management and agile frameworks (Jira/Linear)
- Empathetic, direct communication with operators and engineers
- Technical literacy across SDKs and hardware specs

What you'll own
- Draft technical requirements from real engagement feedback
- Coordinate field-testing with military advisors
- Prioritize the backlog by battlefield impact
- Maintain clear documentation for shipped revisions
