Extreme-Environment Test Engineer — Hardware QA

Mobile testing range, Ukraine Full-time 4+ years
/01

Mission

Subject hardware prototypes to lifelike physical stress: temperature extremes, vibration, shock, dust, and ingress — and document every failure mode.

If it is going to break, we want it to break here, on our terms. You will subject prototypes to lifelike abuse — temperature extremes, vibration, shock, dust, and water — and document every failure mode with the rigor that lets designers fix root causes instead of symptoms. Your test plans and reports are how we earn the word 'rugged,' and your skepticism is a feature: better that a weld fails in your chamber than on a mission.

What you bring

  • QA testing of aerospace/defense or high-reliability hardware
  • Environmental standards (MIL-STD-810H, IP ratings)
  • Strong technical writing for test logs and failure reports
  • Thermal chambers, vibration tables, and instrumentation
/03

What you'll own

  • Author environmental stress-test plans per revision
  • Run freeze, dust, and ingress trials on prototypes
  • Document fractures, loose welds, and trace cracks
  • Feed actionable QA back to mechanical and electrical leads
