Deploy to active ranges to run daily flight and movement envelopes on prototypes — troubleshooting electronics, loading configs, and piloting under simulated EW.
This role lives on the range. You will run daily flight and drive envelopes on experimental platforms, troubleshoot electronics, load configurations, and pilot vehicles under simulated EW — then turn what you see into precise, written feedback for the design teams. It suits a calm, hands-on operator who can solder a fix and fly the next sortie, and who understands that the data you bring back is what makes the next revision better.

What you bring
- Experience piloting tactical UAVs/UGVs or high-performance RC
- Field diagnostics: multimeter, soldering, telemetry log extraction
- Calm under pressure in rugged field conditions
- Understanding of RF propagation and interference

- Run pre-flight / pre-drive checklists on experimental platforms
- Pilot test profiles to gather performance telemetry
- Perform rapid soldering and mechanical patches on-site
- Log field observations for design teams
